Why have I been blessed with such a trash scanner. The background had this nice green shade to it, and it was much more full of things but everything kind of melted after scanning 
I couldn't even fix it with Photoshop.
Anyway, this is Buizel from Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. I fell in love with that little otter pokemon (I think it's an otter?) but mine already evolved into a Floatzel.
