Given great freedom to choose the animals to draw, I immediately thought I wanted to do a bird. I don't know much about exotic birds and had to google around a bit before I settled for these rosy-faced lovebirds. They seem like absolutely sweet creatures and I was also in the mood for drawing something..light. And warm.
I haven't drawn birds like parrots, parakeets or lovebirds before so they may look a bit..funny. But I think the outcome is acceptable X)  Hope you like it.
